Bio

Hello! My name is Kara Warnke, and I am currently a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Michigan pursuing dual degrees in Secondary Education as well as Psychology. In addition, I plan to earn a minor in Writing.

This writing portfolio is the culmination of an entire semester's worth of writing, rewriting, remagining, and then rewriting some more. When I began, I never could have imagined becoming so interested in this topic that I had accidentally pulled into my consciousness through a simple Tweet. Looking back, I'm so glad it happened, and I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity to grow as a writer. I'd really like to take this opportunity to thank Shelley for being such an amazing mentor and my fellow classmates for helping me build this project into what it is today.
